Purchasing in Bulk

Know your Farmer, Know your Food!

  • What does buying a whole or half animal really mean?

  • How much meat do I get?

  • How does the process work?

  • How much will it cost me?

How it works:

  • You pay us a deposit up front

  • Once we deliver the animal for processing, we will get the hanging weight and notify you of the balance due to us for the animal.

  • The processor will contact you for your cut order and then you will pick up your meat and pay them directly for the processing.

We have all of our processing done at the Perham Meat Locker.  They are state inspected and do a nice job for us.  They typically let the beef hang for 10 days before cutting and they are very helpful when it comes time to place your cut order.

We also offer individual cuts of our meat and do have some bundles if you’d like a mixture of meat but not a whole or half animal. Let us know what you want and we will bundle it up for you!

If after reviewing the info below you decide you’d like to add some meat to your own freezer, or if you have any questions please contact us - we are here to help and do what we can.
